  • Speak only with your attorney about your case.

You cannot talk your way out of an arrest. Use your right to remain silent! Following these two rules are particularly true, if you believe you have broken no law.

Mitigate the Harm of a Criminal Arrest With Aggressive Defense

When you’ve been arrested or charged with a crime, you want the best outcome possible. Without a doubt, your future is worth fighting for. A vigorous defense from the very beginning is your best hedge against negative outcomes. Fines, penalties, jail time, a damaging criminal record or sex offender registration are on the line. Depending on the facts, a better outcome may range anywhere from dismissal of your case to reduced charges or reduced penalties.

She handles all levels of criminal defense from misdemeanors and DUIs to murder.  Indeed, she is one of a handful of Kitsap attorneys with capital crime (murder) trial experience. Michele also focuses on uniting families who are seeking U.S. visas for family members. U.S. citizens may sponsor petitions for parents, spouses, and unmarried children under 21. There are unlimited visas for these relatives. In addition, citizens may sponsor older children, and younger married children and siblings, however, fewer of these visas are available. As a U.S. citizen, you may also petition for a fiancé who is residing overseas. If you are a lawful permanent resident (green card holder), you may petition for certain family members, though you will qualify to petition for fewer categories of family members. As a lawful permanent resident, the family members you may petition for are limited to your spouse, adult unmarried child, and minor child. In addition, the number of visas available to relatives of permanent residents is restricted.
